was built in Hyundai Heavy Industries in 2008 and on the namic ceremony
in Ulsan, South Korea on 25th July, 2008 was given to the ship-owner
United Arab Shipping Company. The ship is registered in Dammam,
Saudi Arabia under IMO number 9349540. The capacity of the container
ship Jazan is 6,919 TEU, in IMO statistic and the company is operating
with the same requirements. The overall length of the vessel is
306.00 meters, while the length between perpendiculars is 301.10
meters. The beam of the container ship is 42.50 meters and depth
is 24.50 meters. When the ship Jazan is fully loaded the draft is
14.00 meters. These measurements are quite big, but not like the
largest container ships of the world. The deadweight of Jazan is
85,463 metric tons and the gross tonnage is 75,597 gross tons. The

Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering - MSC Danit. The ship is the
largest container ship built ever. The vessel MSC Danit has capacity
for 14,000 TEUs with deadweight of 165,517 metric tons. The ships
from the class of MSC Danit are really the largest and most interesting
container ships of the world, built ever. The ship has overall length
of 365.50 meters and moulded beam of 51.20 meters. The ship is leading
in the competition of MSC fleet with Maersk fleet, and got the first
place, at least for now. The ship MSC Danit has draft of 16.00 meters
at maximum cargo weight, which is giving a gross tonnage of the
ship of 153,092 gross tons. The ship was finished at the beginning
of March and on 26th of March, 2009 was christened by the vice-president
of Daewoo ship-yard, president of MSC Israel - Edni Simkin and his
daughter Danit Simkin, who gave the name of the vessel. The ship

better engine, for increasing power and speed of the ship. The main

container ship CMA CGM Thalassa is on of the largest ships of the
company CMA CGM. The ship was built at the end of 2008 and quickly
