100CMY is yacht from new generation, which is made to bring you
to life. The yacht is very luxury, large and pretty reliable for
you and your family. The length of Hatteras 100CMY is 30.61 meters
(equals to 100’5’’, which is giving the name of the
yacht). The beam of the yacht is 6.82 meters and the draft is 1.91
meters (fully loaded of course). Each yacht should have at least

to 840 gallons). The fuel capacity of the yacht is 18,921 liters,
which is equal to 5,000 gallons. The fuel consumption of Hatteras
100CMY is 39 gallons per hour, which is short calculations, gives
to the yacht opportunity to sail with full tank of fuel more than
6 days, which is absolutely enough for the yacht to sail. That is
exactly, what I meant with my first words about independence by
fuel, because with 18,921 liters, the yacht can pass more than 3,300
nautical miles (more than 6,100 km).
So beautiful and large yacht needs a large engine, even
to give energy for the all technique on board, which is fact is
not so little. The main engine is diesel Twin MTU16V-2000 CR, with
whole power of 2,400 BHP. This power is enough for the yacht to
reach its maximum speed of 27 knots, while the economy one
(cruising speed) is 24.5 knots. The yacht Hatteras 100CMY is very
comfortable and very fast too. You can make your voyages, wherever
you want, without any troubles. That is why many people like this
yacht – not because it is luxury (but in fact it is), but mostly
because it is reliable. The hull is made by fiberglass, one very
useful and qualited material for building yachts. It is giving enough
power and strongness for the people on board, and also helps to
increase the speed of sailing and the fiction is reduced to low
levels. Also the support and repairs of the fiberglass are pretty
easy and low cost.
